Heya everybody! I'm back with a new short story (I feel like it's been ages since I uploaded anything other than poetry!=P)

I really need comments and critiques on this one because I'm submitting it along with 5 of my poems in an application to the Creative Writing pathway of the English major at my university in two weeks (on the 19th). I've finally gotten it down to the right length (it started off at 19 pages (double-spaced) and now it's at 12), but I'd really love a variety of opinions on its content so that I can get a feel for what my readers are thinking and feeling when they read it.

Are there places that don't feel expanded enough? Places that you feel ramble or are unnecessary? What do you think of the characters? Are they relateable? Do they give you an emotional reaction? What do you think and feel while you read? Is the plot clear, easy to follow and realistic (plausible)? What do you think of the ending? Was there anything confusing, unclear or unfinished in the story? Do you see any grammatical errors? Also what do you think of the title?

I don't expect you to answer all of these questions!! I just listed them to get you thinking and prompt a response from you if you feel inclined to give one:D Thank you for reading, and thanks for your help!

Bawling..This was so beautifully written.
The forgiveness factor really caught me off guard - I think that's what made me love this story the most.
Well done sis.
